Last weekend I made French Onion Bread soup from a recipe that I had torn out of a magazine a long time ago. It was awesome! I don't think I had tried french onion soup before, but now I'm hooked. I'll probably make it again this weekend. The recipe calls for Gruyere cheese and I was a little skeptical to try a new cheese, but it tastes so good! I tried to find the recipe online to have a link for you, but no such luck. Sorry!
